for the life of me, i still don't get why kids are mean to one another. why there isn't more solidarity in the world.
But here's the thing: kids were mean to me in high school. Ugh, girls mostly. Really mean. It was brutal. But it's fleeting, too. A few years later, you've forgotten them. All of them. And 20 years later, they're back, suddenly wanting to friend you on facebook. ;)
